The Kashpaw Family is one of the families living on The Reservation, and is heavily featured in Love Medicine. The modern (20th century) branch of their family comes from their patriarch Kashpaw. In the 1980s, they would frequently get together at Marie's House. An unknown relative of theirs married Regina Puyat and gave birth to Russell Kashpaw.
